If collection is urgent you must call or email to check stock before purchasing so we can confirm when the goods will be available.
Once your order is ready to collect you'll receive a ‘collection ready’ email. You'll need this when you collect so our team can find your order fast.
Collection couldn't be easier.
- Head to the trade counter of your chosen branch
- Show them the collection ready email
- Get your dispatch notes. No goods will be dispatched from our warehouse without a dispatch note.
- Collection should be made within 7 working days, please call our customer service team if you need extended time.
- Bring a suitable vehicle. Ensure you know the sizes and weights of the products being collected, if you need advice just call us.
- Our returns timeframe commences from the point of us sending your ‘collection ready’ email.
